GPS receiver stuck to my speaker...

...I've just repositioned my in car cradle and the gps receiver has a magnet in and i found out that it sticks to the A Pillar where the tweeter is.

Will leaving it stuck to the speaker damage/interfere with either speaker or gps receiver?

It will not damage the GPS receiver but I would imagine the audio quality of your speaker would be adversely affected.
