I have a navman pin 570 which has developed a fault, the power socket on the device has disappeared into the case. No force used, appears to be a known problem. Halford's refused to change at shop and have couriered it to Navman. To my mind they should have exchanged/refunded then and there , not returned to manufacturer.
Wondered if other users had had any faults with this device |

Yeh I have had my unit for only 3 days and the speaker has died. It will be interesting to see how good Navmans support is. |

Hmm I'm still waiting (sent me back an icn635 on friday, and realising their error chased me saturday am...BLAST.) I did overhear the manager say that repairs (for halfords) are done by an outfit called computer 2000.
Am going to wander in and quote sale of goods act 1893 plus amendments to them in an hour or so, and get really stroppy |
