Tom Tom Go 300 - Activation code

I have stupidly deleted my TT Go 300 memory card without backing it up. In my Naivety I was hoping I could simply put a newer version of the TT go 300 software on to my old unit.

How wrong I was !!

Now the unit is asking for an activation code. (I lost the box and code ages ago)

Is there anything at all I can do apart from use the unit as a door stop ??

Hope somebody can help.
