Excellent service from PDAMODS this week - ordered a cable Wednesday morning, arrived in the post Thursday, on a standard delivery. I had ordered the same thing from HandNav but got no response from them (by fax, email or phone) so cancelled my order after 13 days. |

Is it just me? - am I a cynic? - or just a mildly suspicious sod?
Every time I see a positive posting for this company it appears to come from someone who has made their very first posting - is there a verminous odour around here?
Elain if you post is Kosher, then I unreservedly apologise - but I must have seen at least 5 or 6 postings extoling the virtues of this company, and all them a first time post - most of the rest of the mentions of this company are from less than satisfied customers (not all but most)

Actually we ask customers to post positive feedback about us if they are happy with technical support and service that we have provided.
The pocketgps moderators can check IP addresses of any posts, and although we advertise with pocketgps, the moderators would NOT allow us to post positive responses about our company as that would make this forum pointless.
As the UKs largest seller of PDA accessories we have thousands of happy customers, and although we aim to maintain the highest level of customer service, there will always be a few disgruntled customers.
We would like to wish all our customers a happy new year. |

A small piece of SW called Hide IP will sort that out for them...easy to hide/change your IP address if you need to. _________________ What car in front???
