i got a new tom tom 300c

hi there i got a new tom tom 300c and i trying to install the update and it say it fails and i try to reboot it and all it come up with the the tom tom name in red and white

can anyone help me or send me a update of there image to i can install that thank you

you can extract the files from the 5.420 update into the root of the storage card (overwrite existing files) and that should get you going again.
