can I change my software from destinator to tom tom

Just bought a goodmans GNAV10 and was wondering if it is possible to change the installed software system.
It has come pre-installed with Destinator 3 and I was wondering if it was possible to delete this and add Tomtom 5 navigator.
Any Ideas

i cant see what OS is installed on the unit but i would think it is Windows CE. If this is the case it will be preloaded software which is included in the OS image on the device. Basically you cannot install any other software onto that machine.
