HELP NEEDED: moving tomtom mobile (CE) favs to Tom Tom 5

Can anyone tell me how to move all my favourites on my smartphone tom tom 4 to my pocket PC version 5 as I have a lot and don't want to loose them Crying or Very sad

Please help me.

Change them from Favourites to POIs and then you should be able to save and restore them.

Hi DAKATTACK,

These instructions are for transferring favourites to a POI for TomTom Navigator 5 on a PocketPC, they will be different for TomTom Mobile:

Create a new POI category called “Favourites” or similar.
(Change preferences | Manage POI | Add POI Category)

Browse map
Tap the magnifying glass icon
Tap the favourite icon
Tape the relevant favourite
Tap the cursor position icon (between magnifying glass and Done)
Tap “Add as favourite”
