Help! This may be basic but it's giving me a problem. I have just downloaded latest version of SC Database, have Zip file and opened file. Problem is when I try to drag and drop ov2 files I get a error message saying file is being used for other application or write protected and it will not allow me to overwrite my existing files - ever so simple but Why? Hope yo can advise. Doug T |

Do you have the sd card's write protect tab turned on? |

Hi tay1cat,
to the forum!
You mentioned .OV2 files, presumably you're using TomTom (or CoPilot 6). What product are you actually using? Is it a GO, Navigator, or something else?

Well, I have to admit it - the write protect on SD card was engaged. I loaned my Nav. to a friend and he thought it wise to engage so he did'nt corrupt any data I had. Only trouble was he didn't tell me! Thanks for both responses - I will now hide from the world. Doug T |
