Hi there

Im running an old E200 with TomTom Mobile 5 and a third party Bluetooth receiver.

Every now and then I get 'No GPS Device' displayed on the E200. This is intermittant however its very annoying when your approaching a complex junction.

I was wondering if anyone else has this problem and knows of any solution.

Many thanks for any advice.

As TomTom Mobile is only intended to be used with the TomTom GPS that comes with the bundle I would have to ask why you don't have that GPS?

Because I was ripped off on ebay and sold package that contained a faulty tomtom receiver. Unable to get hold of the seller - I got hold of the new one from a friend at work.

Im not a software pirate - I am actually a software engineer

No worries - I have found another thread where people are having the exact same problem.

Thanks anyway.

^ Not sure if that means you have solved your problem but heres your solution:

Go into start > configurations > BT Serial port setup and check Outbound COM port (COM 6)

I did this and it worked perfectly
