Darren
I wanted to know if the TT external aerial base will fit on the Brodit tilt & swivel bracket instead of the original one please. Before I go ahead & get one. |

I have the same Brodit TTGo holder (215027) but find the round knob to tighten the TTGo holder is so large I cannot insert the 12V power plug into the rear of the Brodit TTG holder - What am I doing wrong _________________ TTGO 700 v6.15 External Aerial |

I had the same problem. I figured a way round it though: turn the brodit-to-tomtom attachment (the bit that swivels) upside down, then re-attach the tomtom mount, with the "nob" of the bolt at the top. The cig adapter should now fit fine.
Hope this helps. |

I also had the same problem and found that replacing the round TomTom supplied knob with an ordinary 25mm M5 bolt works well - the power lead now fits nicely into the bottom of the mount. |
