|
|
Hi
Hope someone can help with this one. I am running TT 3 with tt bluetooth wireless receiver and had it working fine, then one of my sons did a hard reset on the PDA by accident !!!!!
Now all installs OK, paired\up the receiver with the PDA, can connect but then it drops the connection after a short while. Checked the com portds in TT GPS menu and now tyhe com port 8 is missing which is the port I used before. Where did it go and how can I get it back. Have hard reset and re installed all several times - no success. The port menu says that IN = com 5 and OUT = com 8 but 8 is missing.
Help please - I an using HP iPAQ
Regards,
Martin. |

Hi Alix,
Thanks for the advice. I was not on version 3.07 but I did have an upgrade to that version so I installed to see what would happen.
After installation I got back the Com port 8 in the GPS selection window, selected it and bingo, instant success, so many thanks for your help and advice. I am still a little puzzled as to where the original com port 8 selection disappeared to anyway but never mind for now.
Once again, Thanks,
Regards,
Martin. |
