This has probably been covered before, but I couldn't see it with this particular model phone.
Has anyone got an answer to the problem when the bluetooth is linked, there is no audio. the phone dials perfectly but absolutely no sound from the TomTom.
Tom Tom support is less then supportive...they say I should get a firmware update for the phone. The phone is less than 2 months old and the Tom Tom is less than a week old.....the phone is on the compatability list so there shouldn't be any problem....should there? |

jabei,
I've got precisely the same problem. Sadly I don't have the answer yet & the (Un) helpful desk at TT have been no help whatsoever.

My Go500 and Nokia 6021 work perfectly together apart from the received calls volume is very low and can hardly hear it when driving. It would be great if there was some way of adjusting the volume on incoming calls
Nokia firmware is 3.83
Its not the phone thats at fault its the TomTom.The phone works 100% with my Parrot 3100 car kit because that has a seperate volume control.

UPDATE
Problem solved after reading another post on this forum
If you press the bottom left of the TomTom screen WHILST ON A RECEIVED CALL you can adjust the incoming volume with a slider.
simple eh!
Happy bunny now
