tt wont let me have voice

I purchased john cleese voice for my ipaq with tt5 on it

i upgraded 6 months ago and managed to the account on my spv m2000 ,i also upgraded to 5.10 and had the pluis free for a few weeks .

i tried to buy john cleese voice again yesterday and the devise code was for my old account , very strange ,

any ideas

why do you want to buy it again? Can't you use the files from your old machine?

have done it now .one strange problem may be pety but he used to say ;bear left beaver right; but he has lost the beaver
