I have sucessfully installed and used TTN5 on my Orange SPV M2000 Pocket PC and can install all of the maps except France. When I try to install France it gets approx half way through and activesync seems to loose the connection and I get the message "disc access problem" on my PC. I still have approx 1.3GB free on my 2GB SD card which I am installing to. I have a fully registered copy of TTN5. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you sort it?

It could be that the 2gb card you are using is too large. Some ppc only allow you to use 1gb. Try clearing some of the other maps and installing the french map on its own. That way you will know whether it is the card or not.

Try using an SD card reader, that way the transfer isn't dependent on active sync, it just goes straight to the card (much much faster to use as well) - when prompted as to where to send the card select advanced rather than SD on PDA (or whatever it says - can't remember for sure) - then select the SD card in the reader as the loacation to send it to.
If this fails back-up the contents of the SD on to the HDD (again use an SD reader - or you will be there for ages) of the PC then format the card, and copy it all back across, the card could have become corupt, they do this from time to time. - If neither of the above idea's sort out the problem then get in touch with TT and arange to send the disk back as it could be faulty - Mike
