Activation code problem

I have TT3 installed on my Pocket PC (Orange SPV M1000). I recently had trouble with my PPC and Orange replaced it. I then re-installed TT3. The new PPC lasted 5 weeks and then died on me and Orange have sent me another one.

When I installed TT3 on this one, the activation code is not working. If I try to use the one I got on the second installation it says it is not valid and if I try to get a new activation code I am told my product code is not valid.

I assume this is a copyright protection issue. How do I convince TT that I am not ripping them off?

Sorry to waste anyone's time. I have found out the problem. I was using device code instead of product code.
