I've seen several threads where people have given their Garmins names.
I call mine 'The Mistress' (out of my wife's hearing!) because:-
1. It's got the perfect body
2. It doesn't argue
3. I'm madly in love with it
Oh yes, and it can read a map.

I've got two on the go, but I make a policy of never asking their names, just their numbers. _________________ Cuppa

Carmen (Garmin, Carmen, it almost sounds the same). My (ex) girlfriend used to hate the fact that Carmen was the only one who could tell me where to go... :D _________________ ----

My wife has christened her Penelope, after Penelope Pitstop.
My four year old calls her "Daddy's other women"

As in the same response the wife gets to demands (Ok Love) Only difference is I listen to these ones and she doesn't mention them three weeks later if I fail to obey saying "But you agreed"....well of course I bloody did, I wasn't listening :D |
