need help please (newbie warning)

hello all.

first off i'm completley new to this so you'll have to bear with me.

i recently recieved a SPV M1000 pocket PC from work and was told it was possible to use as a GPS devive.

i've been looking round and am a little bamboozled by it all, i would like in car navigation and speed camera locations if possible.

if anyone could tell me what i should get whats good and all the rest of it i would much appreciate it.
