firstly great site

Welcome to the forum, that looks a decent enough price for the spec, you will need to add the GPS unit (either wired or Bluetooth), a holder and power cable for use in the car, an SD card to put the maps on and finally the software. Personally I prefer pocket PC devices rather than the Palm units, there is more software avail for them these days. I have tried Palm and they are OK but not as versatile as the PPC (multi-tasking etc) but its a decent unit for the price without a doubt - Mike

OK thx for the reply, If I get that one, can I multi task and use the MP3 player at the same time as satnav

Yes it should do, the processor is a tad on the slow side compared to more upmarket modern devices but it will play music and navigate at the same time, its a personal trait that I preffer the PPC over and above the Palm units but there is just more software (modern that is) that can work - Mike

OK thx for clearing that up, so if I get the acer PPC, a 1gb SD card for MP3's is the onboard memory anouth for TT3 and what do I need to download where from

TT3 will take up around 120MB of your SD card (map plus POIs cameras etc. and the warning files) after that you can put .mp3 on the remaining bit - probably enough capacity for 20 CDs worth of music. As for downloading what are your intentions? - Mike
