Medion 175 Australian maps and other Qs.

Hello

I have got my first navigation system - a Medion MDPNA175 (From Halfords, with UK maps)

I have been very happy with it, but I have been given a disk from the 'man in the pub' that contains the TomTom software. Is this really compatible with this unit? He says it is ....

Also I am off to Australia soon. Are there Australian maps available? The Medion website does not seem to have them...

And finally are there speed camera maps available?

We don't want to hear about the man in the pub.

Right now the only vendors that officially have Australia maps are ALK CoPilot and Navman SmartSt. Those may or may not run on your Windows CE device.

(You are probably running Navigon software - those don't have Australia coverage either).
