map error

very occationally(like once twice a week) i get a map error when i am try to start navigating .ie i press nav to address but instead of working out the route it says route error
the only way to fix is to exit tt and start again then all is fine
and another even though tt is working fine it sometimes says no maps found but that takes a soft reset to sort out ,are these known errors
