TOM TOM STRIKE AGAIN

After the drama I had activating my MOWE for my old system, I thought when I buy my new system and unlock the product nothing can go wrong.

How mistaken can I be?

I input my product code, no problem there.

Input device code, again no worries.

Get the unlock code and my device won't accept it!

What exactly is TomToms problem? Now I will have to got through rigmarole of them not replying to emails, and when they do it is irrelevant to the question asked. Then trying to phone them and sorting it out, with the stupid phone queue system they have.

After all the money they have had off me you would think they could actually make the stupid system register like it is supposed to, and if it fails, and I know nothing is infallible actually make it possible to rectify the problem.

Tomtom, in the the unlikely event you are actually reading this to gain information on what your customers actually think. YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY CRAP!

How can any company get away with such unsatisfactory conduct? We simply would not accept it from anyone else so why have we got to put up with this rubbish from tomtom?

I accepted your cock up last time but this takes the cake. I have defended your product up until now as I have no experience of TT3 but the little bits and pieces that are wrong, ie the bugs and the map errors are starting to pee me off. Petrol stations that don't exist. Wrong streetnames. Roads that have been blocked for years and years you try and route me down. And this one is my favourite: send me past the logical turning for 1/4 of a mile only to route me up a side street and back on myself adding 1/2 mile to the journey.

Anyone know the number for Tomtom and the samaritons?
