I just seek to confirm my first use of the new beta release of Mapsource. It seems to, well rock?

I wanted to confirm that it is super speedy and have you seen that effect when you grip and move the map at 1000 miles setting.

Is that cool of wot?

Have you the most up to date version [the second beta version].
There was trouble with the first beta version!

yeh - that's the one 6.9.0.1

It seems very very quick indeed

Is that the first observation you made?

Other than a few extra options and icons there is little change!
Can you point out the changes you have noticed?

The first observation was the speed and smooth flow while panning maps

Then, purely bu accident I clicked and dragged the map while zoom was at 100 miles. It looked good.

As far as deeper functionality goes I will tell over time Smile

Yes, you are quite right it does 'pan' far quicker.
It was always rather 'jerky'.
