xda11i frezes with a phone call with tomtom 5

I have had the trouble of a xda freezing when ever the phone checks the network or recieves a phone call leading me to soft boot the phone.
I have found that if you eject the memory card TOMTOM stops and the phone is ok no need to soft boot.
Also I had a 1 gb memory card in it when I had the problems. When I tried a 256mb card all seems ok, recieved a phone call and tomtom carried on with no problems. I have not upgraded tomtom or the phone and if the phone carries on ok I will post again.

yup i can concur it's done and dusted
just get a transcend 80x card and all will be well
