hi, ok my pda is the early medion model mdppc 200, my probb is i have installed tomtom 5.10, put my uk map on to my formatted original medion sd card (256mb) now this is where my trouble begins, when i power up the pda with out the sd card in n fire up tomtom it says no maps found, when i fire up the pda with the sd card with my map on it and try to run tomtom it just hangs and wont start, so any help and advice would be greatfully recived, keep up the good work guys and thanks for the help i have had in the past. oh i used a card reader to put map on the card as ive had sucsess with this method in the past.. |

I'm running TT5 on a medion MDPPC250 ok.
TT5 installed to pda in DIR :
\Program Files\Navigator
Maps installed on a 1GB SD card in dir
\Storage Card\Great_Britain_Plus-Map

hi thanks for the reply:
i also have tomtom 5 (5.10) runing fine on my ppc250, but a friend brought tomtom 5 for his pda which is the older model ppc200 i have loaded tomtom on his pda and got the uk map on the sd card but for some reason it isnt working, with out the card in the pda when i fire up tomtom it loads fine and reports cant find map, when i put the card in it just freeze,s so hope fully you could point me in the right direction |

Not really sure with your problem then, but if you goto www.medion.co.uk
click on drivers & updates in the full search at the bottom type PPC
there is an issue with the 200 with it's own nav software, hence a patch hope this helps you.
