Hello
I am a Newbie and have an XDA1 loaded with TomTom 5. My problem is that my gps receiver has a usb connector, whereas my car kit has a PS2 plug, and I need a connecting adapter. I bought off E-bay an adapter that designed for keyboard/mouse connections, but it will not work my GPS. I have e-mailed a few dealers but none have replied. Does anyone know where I might be able to purchase a suitable adapter please. Thanks for your help.John |

Try maplin.com/co.uk (not sure which) or Dabs.com
They are both good sites for finding the sort of cables and stuff you normally can't find in shops
Hope this helps |

It will not work.
There is no such thing.
You need a serial GPS to go with XDA. _________________ Pc-Mobile

Hi
Many thanks to the two members who replied, especially PCmobile. I appreciate your advice and will now search for a suitable GPS receiver with serial plug. Thanks again. John |
