USA POIs?

Hi,

Find myself in Pennsylvania for a month due to an imminent death in the family, and was wondering if there is a decent POI database for the area available to help us find our way around?

Only got my PDA with TomTom the day before we flew in so I am pretty new to all this. Works beautifully though and has already saved us several times - it would just be nice to have a more extensive list of POIs than the one that is already included (I guess as part of the map? I certainly didn't install it!)

Hope someone can help - I found the database of UK POIs pretty easily, but haven't come across a good one for the US yet!

I have asked this a couple of times, with little response. It seems that there isn't much about for POIs in the USA.

However, I did find some POIs on this website. How much use they will be to you I don't know.

Someone has given me a Mapsource Metroguide USA CD - I've installed it and had a look around it on the PC and it has just about every POI you could want and is exactly what I'm looking for...

Is there any way to extract these as a POI format that TomTom Navigator 5 will accept?
