cant install gps or tom tom

I have a problem. I have just bought (from ebay) a packard bell pocket pc and HI-203E gprs receiver, the unit all worked perfectly yesterday when I received it but when I connected it to my pc it froze so I removed the battery.

When the battery was put back it reset the whole system and now I do not have voice direction with Tom Tom and it does not see my gprs receiver.

I have attempted to reload drivers and reinstall tom tom 5 but for some reason it does not want to install? when I insert my sd/mmc card the pc should auto install but it doesnt and tapping the tom tom.exe file does nothing either.

I am also having trouble figuring out how to install the correct drivers for my gprs receiver.

just to add to that when I plug my gprs in I get a message that says gprs disabled and also when it isnt connected it says it couldnt launch the gprs control panel
