Hi
I'm new to this site, as the subject heading says, everytime I try to activate the program, it sits waiting for the SMS code, then comes up "Activation Failure" then I get the text with the activation code. Getting this SMS seems to cause the error.
I emailed ROUTE 66 numerous times, I've had fairly fast response emails from customer support.
They've referred my problem to the"activations" department, still nothing from them after 3 days.
I've had this software for a week and not been able to use it . They don't seemed to be particularly bothered about.
Any advice ?

I have the same problem on a Nokia 6630. Scooby, how did you work round it? If I don't get anywhere this weekend, I'll give R66 support a call.
Thanks,
Bill |

I visited e*ule, and did a search . For software. Route 66 has just, in the last day or so emailed a new activation key, late or what . Cr*p customer care.
I paid for the original software so, as far as I'm concerned I'll get it working anyway I can. |

Can't say fairer than that.
Actually I managed to fix it late last night, so just in case anyone else gets this problem: try manually deleting the <MMC card>/Route66/RegistrationKey.dat file and relaunch Route 66. It picked up the activation SMS instantly for me. |
