Hi, can anyone give me a little help ? I have just bought the Navman 510, and I have installed the speed cam and POI's on it, with the help of this forum. When I browse the POIs folders, ie ASDA, CINEMA etc, it is only showing that there are 50 in each category, but on the notepad file there are like 150 etc, and out of 25 category's, only 16 are active, and when I set the others to active, they revert back straight away ?? Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers. Paul.
All your POI';s are on the system. The search page only lists the first 50. If you enter the first few characters of teh one you are looking for it will narrow down the search.
As for the active POI's, I heard there was a limit to teh number that could eb active at any time - looks like it is 16. Active POIs are used to alert you when you get close, so unless you need the iCN to tell you you are close to all your POI's, it won't be a problem.
If you need to you could combine POI files so that you have less than 16 that need to be active.
