Which memory card is best for tomtom5 mobile??

could any one recommend a memory card for a nokia 6680,that will work well with tomtom5 mobile software, as i bought a 256 invo8 card and for some reason the programme wont work properly with my phone, Sometimes it loaded up, but then when you made a call, the programme would load up while in a call, then sometimes when you click the icon in the main menu on the phone, it didnt do anything at all!! Any advise on memory cards?
