Medion-- PNA175--POI Warner--Speedcams.

I have just purchased POI Warner for above but I can not get to grips with the manual.
I get to reg. and all the IDs and codes are o/k. Then told to switch on POI Warner.Does this mean operate the, PDA On switch.? ( USB lead already connected )
Should I be clicking on the manual as the download tool or web site.
Even though I have already reistered previousley, and had it acknowledged it tell me ,Reg not effective.
I am a 75yr old pensioner with limited tech experiance and after the last week I am going round the bend and hate being beaten.
I can not seem to find anybody in the area to help .Waiting for email replies from customer service seems pointless.
Can anybody help with a blow by blow direction or a phone call ??
