Problem with large CF cards

Hi

I have just bought 2 large fast compact flash card 2gb and 4gb from integral, they both work fine when opening TTN5 and planning the route. The problem come in when you do a demo of the route, they both lock up TTN5 at some point, some times the arrow suddenly jumps off route, I’ve even had the map look as if you have lost a TV signal. I'm using them both with a Compaq IPAQ 3760 in a dual PCMCIA jacket. I have a 5GB PCMCIA hard drive which work fine except TTN5 is slower than my 256 Mb CF card. Has anyone else experienced this problem, or can any one suggest a solution, also is it worth getting the higher speed cards or do they causes problems with TTN5.
