|

Hi all,
Has anyone any experience of using the symbian series 90 version of tomtom mobile 5. I am thinking of purchasing this but have heard various rumours of it not working properly.
Also, I have tomtom mobile verison 5 series 60 for my old nokia (only 2 weeks old!), I am giving this to my partner as soon as I have my 7710 working but I was wondering if there is any way of using the s60 version on my s90. I assume it has some sort of different layout as the 7710 is widescreen? is there any way I could just add some extra files to make it work or buy an upgarde from s60 to s90?
Any tips/experiences appreciated...
thanks

I thought that might be the case. Surely there can't be that much difference betwen the 2. It doesn't quite seem fair that I'll have to buy another version of the same software just to be able to use it on another phone!
I think the s90 version is available in some online stores as I've read about people getting it... I'll have to save my pennies and wait for someone that's got it to tell me it works 100% before I buy it.
