Geetings all!
I'm a very new user of a TTG 500 - bought it last Wednesday.
I hope my question hasn't been covered elsewhere on the forum - but if it has I can't find it.
I can't seem to access Tomtom Plus. My phone is a Nokia 6810 and has GPRS enabled, with a connection toVodafone Live. Whenever I try to access TomTom Traffic, I get one of two results.
1) The TTG tells me that I need to have an account. I have one and have now entered it several times! OR
2) A GPRS call is set up on my phone but the TTG fails to secure a connection.
Have I missed some vital part of the setup process?
Very many thanks in advance
Cheers,
Colin |

Thanks for getting back so quickly.
I first tried on Friday evening, followed by a couple of attempts yesterday and about four times today.
However, if the servers are down that could well explain the difficulty |

I think it is due to the servers as I have been able to access traffic and the website up until yesterday |

Thanks very much for your help. it must have been the servers. I tried again last evening and managed to make contact - all seems to be working as expected now. |
