Hi
I just received co-pilot 5 us map upgrade in the post yesterday but its not working out for me.
When i go into the map download wizard and select the state of calafornia with the drag select tool everything is fine and it copies over to my pda.
But when i try find adresses for anywhere in calafornia it just keeps saying no street level data. Please help me some one.
Thanks |

On your desktop, cut the map for California. Do not export to PocketPC. Then use a card reader to transfer the complete DATACD folder to the storagecard. _________________ Lutz

When i try update the licence on co-pilot 5 on the pocket pc its self, its telling me that it has already been licenced to another computer and must be deactivated first. I read u need to update the licence before it will allow you to veiw the street level maps on the pocket pc.
Its not activated on anything else its brand new. I just scratched of the key card last night.
What can i do |

You need to go into Upgrade License on the PPC and then put in your new Upgraded license for USA maps (not your original Product Key Code).
If this doesn't work, email ALK Support to check your Product Key Code as you should not be receiving this error. |
