unidentified USB device tomtom wired gps toshiba 330

Hi

Some help had to do a hard reset on PDA
installed the tomtom software

When I insert the wired gps get unidentified USB device please enter name

Any ideas, I have seen things mentioned about device ID not matching those stored in windows?

You need the driver for the GPS.
Ask the GPS provider for it.

I would assume the install of tomtom 5 would have the included GPS driver, I have also downloaded the 5.10 update and still says unindentified usb device.

This is all after a hard reset of the PDA, tomtom had been working fine before

Maybe i need to install the toshiba disk, maybe something on there?
