HP Support problems

Rang hp support about a PDA purchased from easydevices, they said it was an import and not to be sold in the UK. They took down all my details and asked for a copy of the invoice, but I am still waiting for them to get back to me

did you get the call number? Normally starts with 120******* if you did get that number call them back and quote it and query what is going on.
