Which BT GPS?

In a bit of a dilemma, looking at getting a BT GPS for use with my IPAQ, but can't decide from these three:
HoluxGR-231 for AU$179ish
HOLUX GR-236 for AU$199ish
Globalsat BT-338 for AU$210ish

All of these are from ebay (inc postage).
I can get what I think was the Globalsat BT-338 from a 'real' store here in Adelaide for AU$299, with an external antenna (seems to be the only difference I can see). I might be able to negotiate them down, but probably not much more than AU$260.
