Medion navigon or Tom Tom software on the 95900??

I see a topic on Tom Tom being installed on the Medion 95900 as I have a Medion 95900 I wonder if the Tom Tom software or the Medion is better I would appreciate your views on this before I maybe attempt to install Tom Tom 5 on mine.

Are there any complete instructions how to install Tom Tom 5 on the Medion please?.
