Can anyone give me some good tips on how to set up sat nav on my Dell X5.
And also installing poi's and speed and traffic red light camera's

Depends on the SatNav proggy. TT5 foe example is a self enstaller fron the SD card.

To add the SafeyCamera info, I suggest reading the info at: http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/uksafetycameras.php

For TT5 for example, down load the source file on that page, unzip it and then copy the appropriate .OV & BMP files into the map directory.

I also suggest looking at the PoiEdit programme at www.poiedit.com
