As subject really. I am toying with the idea of using my old N-Gage but the "landscape" layout doesn't lend itself to car mounts. If anyone has used one I'd love to know what mount you used. Question
Also, is the traffic function of real use as TMC via PDA seems dead in the UK at the moment? This would be another reason to change over.
Thanks.

I used R66 on a Ngage last summer and it worked well. The sound on the Ngage was actually better than on a 6600, as the speaker is much larger.

For mounting it I'd recommend a generic PDA mount such as this one >> http://www.globalpositioningsystems.co.uk/p1844

You can mount the Ngage using the grips that are normally used for the sides of a PDA to grip the top and bottom of the Ngage - if that makes sense? :D

i am using an n gage with R66 and as above, better sound than the 6600. still sorting and trying to mod a mount though as charging the thing is difficult.

If you were to use the mount I suggested above you can still access the charging point on the left handside of the N-Gage with a standard charger :D

Rolling Eyes bought said PDA universal mount, forgot to say i have the n gage qd, still a problem charging the bloody thing as it has top charging jack, but is an exellent mount and very sturdy.

Has any one had strange routing off at jn 14 on M6 and straight back on again with R66.
