[GPS problem][Navigator 6500 XL]Can't find sattellites

I have bought it in the lidl Belgium.
Now I try to use the Falk Navigator
But it says that the signal is too weak to make a route.
*Well then I go to the settings of the program and in GPS status it says no GPS receiver.
*Then I push Find Receiver result: GPS receiver found: com2, 4800 baud
*Then I push Start Test result:

==>doesn't this mean that it can't find any satellites?
Do I have to activate something? no experience with these kind of gps machines
I have let this run around 60minutes and also tried this outside.
Is the receiver broken? or are there other ppl with this same problem and could fix this?
