I need help with speedcam software mio168 &mobile naviga

Hello, I'm a bit of a gps virgin, and I'm wondering how you put the speedcamera poi onto my new mio digiwalker, its running the navigon mobilenavigator 5 software, does the free download here work if so which files do i need to use and how do i get them onto my memory card, please be patient as I am not a computer whizz.
Your help and advice will be much appreciated.
Bought the whole kit and am running the thing well but would like to add on the speed cameras.

For Navigon 5 you need the latest POI-Warner overlay program which costs about 30 Euros, there are no free programs that will work with Navigon, if you purchase it you could then follow the guide on my web site AFTER the part about purchasing and installing POI-Warner.

Thanks for the swift reply to my question, excellent information, great instructions and now fully up and running, I'm very grateful.
As a footnote I'm very pleased with my system and for £210 +£30 euro's i've got a all singing all dancing pda with the latest software and a full speedcamera systems and other poi's, cant recommend the mio 168 and navigon mobile navigator 5 enough.
My only gripe is in the recent sunny weather the screen is a bit tricky to see if the sun is shining, wondering is there a shade you can buy while sat in the car holder?
