POI's not showing

HI guys using the c500 here. I dont know why but perhaps someone could shed some light on this for me.

COnnected to Microsoft Active Sync.

Drag new poi to the great britain folder on the storage card. (ovp and bmp) start tom tom

When i look for the newly dragged pois although they appear in the storage folder and i can see them in Active SYnc they don not appear within the programme to select

Any ideas why they aint shoin up?

try using a card reader to transfer if you can, files seem to be altered when using other forms of transfer.
