Geocaching Tomtom 5

I tried out a bit of geocaching today with my pocketpc, ipaq 2210 with tomtom 5 and a tomtom bluetooth gps receiver. After reading many posts on this site I loaded a freeware program called OSGPS which converts ordnance survey references to a waypoint in a tomtom itinerary which can then be navigated to.. Well it got us near the point but not off road which is what i was hoping. Can tt5 be used off road at all? Can someone recommend a topographical prog that will work on the pocket pc along with tt5 and not mess up the bluetooth ports etc. TT5 is working excellently for me and I only want to try something that is known to work so i don't have to reinstall everything.

TomTom cannot be used offroads. Use MemoryMap or OziExplorer with topographical maps.

Do they work OK with tomtom 5 tho?

yes. Obviously not at the same time (unless you use GPSGate). But TTN5 no longer messes with the Bluetooth stack.
