Service second to none from Global Positioning Systems

I bought a Seido car mount last year from Global and it recently developed a fault.

Monday: I contacted GPS by email, received a same day response with a returns number and an online returns form to download.

Tuesday: Posted my faulty Seido to GPS

Wednesday: Received an email with a tracking number informing me that a replacement had been dispatched.

Thursday: A brand new replacement mount arrived.

Wow, beat that for service!
