i am successfully running TomTom 5 with a Globalsat BT338 on a Palm T3.
no plus services work because of the palm but I'm not interested in any of the plus services anyway. |

Can you please tell me where did you buy BT338 from. I am in usa and did you do any settings on Palm T3 to get it working? Will you mind to explain in details?
Thanks for your quick response. |

I bought it from the USA, from BuyGPSnow.com
never did any settings all i done was preferences, bluetooth, trusted devices, add device.
this is with the globalsat switched on ,also if i remember correctley it asked for a 4 number code which i put 0000.
if the globalsat is the only trusted device tt5 automaticly sees it and runs fine.
if there are other trusted devices when trying to get a sat lock in tt5 it sometimes might wait aprox 1min and then ask you which bluetooth device you want to link with, allthough i think it only asks this if you have linked the palm with one of the other trusted devices since the last time you used tt5. |
