Check point on Mio 168

I managed to do a sync with Checkpoint,, now I have found it has downloaded 100s of other POIs that I didn't want,,,

Question 1: how do I get rid of them? can't see where they are stored!

Another question: why are there speed cameras ranging from 20 to 120 ?? can't see that they are a mixture of KMH and MPH,,,,

Yes it was the uk database!!

Any ideas??
