Is there any way of accessing the 'Start' menu when in TT5? I used to be able to do this in TT3 (Mio 168) by touching the very top of the screen but this doesn't seem to work anymore? The only way I can find to do this now is by exiting TT. |

Forgot to mention that first impressions so far are good (apart from the issue above). I don't like having to create a Tomtom folder just to get the postcodes working though - how the hell is the average user supposed to know that??
I'll be taking it for a proper spin tomorrow, but I have noticed that scrolling around the 'browse map' is much faster than TT3, at least it is on my mio anyway. |

Ive got a mio 168 running TT5 with Battery pack pro installed.
This program allows you to re assign any of the buttons on the ppc. As well as the start screen I have the backlight screen assigned to a button, I find this particularly useful. TT5 doesnt seem to interfere with it in any way,I can flip back and forwards betwwn buttons without any problems. If you have battery pack go to the Settings/personal pageon your ppc and you will see a power buttons icon, click on this and you can set the ppc buttons to switch to anything you want.
PS. I do not own shares in the company that sells battery pack I just think its a great programme and it works for me with TT5. |

On my iPaq h4150, all I do is press the iTask button and this brings up the task manager and the start menu,
Not sure if the Mio has an task button?
