Navman iCN510 Custom POI's no sound alerts????

Hi all, could someone please help, I have just purchased a Navman ICN510. I have installed the speed cameras as a POI's via the desktop editor along with the bitmap speed camera icon, and have checked that the visual and audio alerts are on. I thensave to device, and all ok. I turn my Navman on and activate my custom POI's (speed cameras) and again click on audio and visual alert, but when I use my iCN510 I get a visula icon when going past speed cameras but no sound alerts at all, I have deleted the custom POI's and reloaded several times, but no alerts just visual. I have tried putting a .wav file into MYPOI and SOUNDS folders on the mmc card but again no. When i set my speed limit, that beeps when I reach my set speed, please help!!!!!!!.
